Consent: SMS communications are initiated in response to carriers who have first contacted Marine Cargo Georgia Inc. by phone or text to accept or inquire about a vehicle transport load. By contacting us and providing a mobile phone number in connection with an active or pending shipment, the carrier or driver consents to receive SMS messages from us related to that shipment.
Purpose: We send SMS messages exclusively for the following purpose: shipment status and tracking updates, including pickup confirmations, in-transit notifications, delivery confirmations, and time-sensitive coordination updates related to active vehicle transport assignments.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on the number of active shipments. Typically, you may receive 2-5 messages per shipment from booking through delivery.
Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
